I have been loving this season. I don't get the Chris hate. He is on there to have a good time and make some money. So what if some women get that hearts trampled? Did these ladies really think they would find true love on reality TV (a complaint I have about all the bachelor shows even though I watch them). What he did last night had my stomach aching from all the laughter. When he pulled aside Tony before Tony gave out the rose was something out of college football.

The other team's kicker is about to kick the game changing field goal and you...CALL TIMEOUT.

    Total mind ****.

I think the twist on the lady deciding what guy goes home was all a setup to save Chris by the produces, but I don't mind. More Chris Madness! MOAR!

I'm tired of seeing Erica Rose on so many reality show. She is an embarrassment to the Houston area & Calon is the same for the Dallas area.

Chris was brilliant in bringing in Erica to the voting room, however I do wonder how much of this was "suggested" by the producers. It seems like the rules were changed to keep Chris in the house, not that I mind, he will cause drama and good TV.

Can't believe Mike lasted as long as he did. Didn't he win last year?!

Man... I thought this ep was going to be pretty ho hum. That sure changed near the end.
Yeah, Erica sucks. I'm glad generally glad she's gone but she does provide some entertainment when she's on BP.

Those were pretty brutal things to say to Stagliano, on the way out. Ouch!

    Kalon still sucks.
Yeah, this is definitely a first. I wonder if more of this will happen in the future and whether it'll continue to be allowed.
I do get the Chris hate. I don't like him for what he did to Jamie.

Heh, about the hearts getting trampled. Hmmm... I feel bad for Jaclyn too because of how she got blindsided by Ed.
He did. But he claims that this time, he's on for the dating and not for the $.

That was a good episode! Chris is a total jerk but I didn't mind seeing him stay because he is good TV. And it's fun to see a total jerk get his in the end. Having a good time is fine, but purposefully leading on three different women and convincing them you have feelings for them just so you can sleep with them is

Speaking of good TV - Erica Rose!!! What's up with her gavel? I never saw whatever season she was on.

Poor little Michael. "This isn't going well. This isn't going well at all." At least he didn't try to lie to Erica when he got caught.

Hey Chris, when adult men start yelling "I'm a grown ass man!" they sound like children.

I knew the overnight date was going to be the Turtle Wax!!!!

The date in the middle of a closed down highway bridge was cool!!! It was like dinner after the apocalypse.

Chris pulling Tony outside just as he was about to give out the rose was a repeat move. He did the same thing to Emily when he was afraid she was going to make a decision he wouldn't like.

Chris Harrison asks in his blog:
If I’d told you before this season started that Kalon would be the good guy and Chris would be one of the most hated, would you have believed it?

I wish Rachel had decided to walk out with Michael so that Erica Rose would have stayed!

What bridge was that? Was it the one Tony Scott jumped off of?

(come on, I'm not the only one to have thought of that?)

She had ambitions to become a judge. I think she did get her law degree. It's mentioned on her LinkedIn page and elsewhere.

She used the clear gavel before this season of BP, possibly the previous one.

She first was on Prince Lorenzo Borghese's season of The Bachelor and she really sucked on that season.

If she has a law degree, that still doesn't mean she necessarily passed the bar, right? I seem to remember one can have the degree and do _some_ legal-ish stuff, but obviously not the big time.

and/or are there different "versions" of 'the bar' for different subspecialties? Maybe easier ones..?

Did anyone notice the song "on the radio" when Tony and Blakely were dancing? It was that one that Wes was singing every time a girl came near him on camera.

First a comp meant to protect Blakely, then a twist that almost guaranteed Chris' safety. They are definitely trying to protect the people that have been involved in the most drama this year.

Feel they sent the wrong team home. In the end Kalon and Lindzi were easier to beat.

And I'm going to say something that may not be popular with the ladies, but if Jaclyn were prettier (HOT) Ed would have no conflict with the so-called person he left back home.

BTW, that spelling Bee was a lot harder than one would think. Trying to remember what the next letter after someone else can be pretty damn confusing!

The look on Blakely's face when Chris and Sarah won the spelling bee was almost priceless.

That whole Ed thing w/Jaclyn really does suck for her. But yeah, I agree. If she were prettier, I think Ed would be a lot more likely to forget about the person at home.

Kalon's a d-bag, so I'm glad to see him gone.

I think Kalon and Lindzi would have won if they were allowed to get to the final 2. The others in the house would have taken into account the fact that they had become a real couple and that makes them likeable. Plus Lindzi's goodness makes up for Kalon's negative qualities. Put them up against any other couple left in the house and they have the votes.

IIRC, during the closed captions it said "(WES HAYDEN)" followed by the song lyrics.

I didn't recognize the voice but did recognize the name.

I was surprised to see Rachel and Nick be one of the two last left standing. I never would've guessed from earlier eps. I was kinda glad to see Blakely go.

Sarah's bizarre moves and monkey-like behavior during her performance was hilarious. That was funny that the band members picked up on the lyrics being written on Chris.

Ed and Jaclyn were err.... whoops!

Do you think it was a good move to take Chris and Sarah from a strategic POV?

From the teaser for the finale:
I wonder what's going to be so disturbing in the final ep?

I feel bad for Rachel. I guess she's yet another who got her heart trampled. I didn't see that coming.
I have no idea who's going to win in the end.

Not sure what show I was watching but had no idea how close Rachel and Jaclyn are (were). Rachel obviously did not fight hard enough for her. 'Cause IMO, it was a toss up.

Can't wait for the finale. Looks real crazy!!

Ditto. I didn't realize either but then again, I haven't paid really that close attention to the relationship that folks have had to each other or alliances, other than the couples themselves.

When I checked last night, some folks on ABC's Bachelor Pad message board were totally bashing Jaclyn as always. I kinda agree w/them. Jaclyn was just angry but didn't think strategically about why they were sent home.
