This is a poor man's "Billy The Exterminator" if that's even possible.

I was alerted to an last night's episode because the two guys were being sent to a bed and breakfast farm, that I recently stayed at, to catch a critter that was getting in the hen house and stealing eggs.

The show is virtually unwatchable, it is so bad. The two guys on the show are awful. It makes "Billy The Exterminator" look like award-winning TV.

Love it. It's very entertaining and the Turtle man is quite the character.

It was cool in last night's episode seeing the Bed & Breakfast farm I stayed at in May and also the Cincinnati Red's stadium because that's only an hour away from me and I have been there many times.

The show is great IMHO but the part about catching the critter in the Reds locker room area all seemed extremely staged.

I have only seen a one full episode and part of another, but the whole thing feels staged to me. Even more so than Billy the Exterminator did. They do not seem like real people at all, but more like characters from a sitcom.

I was thinking the whole thing felt staged, but then when the Reds offered to have Turtleman come back in two days and throw out the first pitch on Opening Day to show their gratitude for catching the critter, that clinched it.

It was cool that he did it though.

I'm still watching Call of the Wildman, but this season so far seems more staged than ever. The show is becoming less about helping ordinary people who have a critter problem, and more about showcasing various Kentucky businesses.
