Here's the team lineup...
I like that it looks like a lot of the team are older than 30. That's cool
We even have a new set of "twinnies" to cheer for!!!
I just hurled....
So - how many challenges this season will involve bicycles?
...and stick shift cars?
and getting lost in a Taxi. That should be one of the challenges during a leg in an Asian country. "Get dropped off middle of nowhere with a taxicab and the driver and you have to guide him to your destination!!!'
In just looking at the list of names, ages and occupations, the immediate favorites to win would have to be the firefighters.
Seems like a decent mix. Hopefully there are some "villains" to root against Last season I didn't really "hate" any team and that made it somewhat boring.
As a Carolina Hurricanes fan, I guess I have to pull for the Battaglia boys.
I also expect the Father/Son to go somewhat far especially if the producers use their back story (cancer survivors) a lot.
You should be penalized one hour every time you call your partner "babe."
Name: Joey Graceffa
Hometown: Los Angeles
Current occupation: YouTube Host
What in the living hell is a "YouTube host"?
99% chance that Jessica and John are "dating" and not dating.
Looking forward to the season, though. Should be an interesting one.
Well, YouTube Partner probably sounds even weirder. Joey has a fairly popular channel on YouTube with a sizable following. He's uploaded over 450 videos, has 380,000 subscribers, and over 43 million views. If I remember right you get around $5 per 1,000 views, so he's doing fairly well from YouTube alone. It looks like he's taken that niche fame and parleyed it into a job at Teen.com hosting "Joey's Dystopia".
Disclaimer: never heard of him, just googled.
I'm starting to watch season 20 now. Are 20 and 21 good enough to watch, or should I skip them?
Interesting twist on the Express Pass this year...spoilerizing just in case...
The first team to check-in at the first leg gets TWO express passes, one for themselves and another that they must give to another team before the end of the fourth leg!
Should be interesting...will teams give it to their "friends" or to someone they don't see as a threat?
I never even finished last season. (
Hopefully this one revives my interest.
Well that was a
really really bad prediction.
