I would be pretty amazed to see Mustangs in any of the places TAR frequents.
I have a C-Max Energi and it's been great. We're really happy with it.
My dad had a 1966 Ford Mustang fastback with a blue printed 289. He loved it. My mom hated it and he sold it. I still see it driving around on occasion.

Believe me, I looked. Couldn't find any online. Was going to download the episode and make some screencaps myself, but just haven't done it yet.
Edit: Here's are a couple, but I was looking for something that showed both of them better.
They used them a couple seasons ago - and gave the winners of the leg one each. IIRC they had to drive a course in a certain time - and it was somewhere the Mustang is not normally sold (England, maybe?).
I think it was Belgium or The Netherlands.
Edit: It was Belgium, in Season 19.
I thought it was funny when the girls were commenting on the Camel's toes.
Was it one each? I thought Phil said "Your choice of any of the Ford <whatever> lineup?"
They each got their choice. How would it work otherwise? Sure, the docs are married, so they could easily share the prize, but what if Leo and Jamal won, or the Ice Girls? How would they share a single car?
IIRC, every time they've given away cars on TAR, it's always been one car to each competitor.
They each got one. And I think it was any car made by Ford that has Ecoboost (I think that was the term) and he rattled off 4 or 5 models. Even though they are married, I would think most married folks have their own cars, especially doctors. Not a bad haul
Not a bad haul if they can sell them as new cars. There's no way they're going to evict either the Lexus or the Mercedes from the garage to make room for some tinny turbocharged 4 banger.
I don't know their financial situation of course. ER doctors could mean they are in residency, and they don't have the financial wherewithal to have an upscale car. Although they WERE able to take a month or more off to do the race.
And hey, having a Ford Explorer or something similar as a 3rd car for hauling stuff might not be bad for them. I know people who have their nice commuter cars and then a SUV of some sort the haul stuff around.
The Explorer offers a V6 Ecoboost. Would be a nice ride.
Duh. You're right. That only makes sense.
Given their ages, I'd say it's extremely unlikely that they are both still in residency.
Yeah, I hadn't realized they are in their 40s.
Have you driven any of the cars with that ecoboost engine? They're actually pretty respectable. I test-drove an Edge back when I was looking to replace my SUV, and I was really pretty impressed with how the one in that moved the car around. I wouldn't have guessed that it was a 4 cyl turbo. (And our other car *did* have a 4 cyl turbo at the time, a VW Passat, and the engine was nowhere near as good as the one in the Ford.)
